When I tell you this is the BEST veterinary practice I’ve ever been to, that’s no lie! I have known Dr. Ventocilla and Dr. Robinson for over a year and have been continuously impressed by how knowledgeable, caring, empathetic, and down to earth they are. They treat their clients and patients like family and you will not regret entrusting them with the care of your furry family!!!

Pawsitively Happy with The Pack
Dr. Robinson has cared for our golden retrievers for about 10 years. We were excited to learn that he and his wife opened their own practice. There are about 18 vet offices that are closer to us but we drive to Pack Animal Care in Lorton for our two current dogs to see Dr. Robinson and Dr. Ventocilla. They and their whole staff are amazing!
I decided to bring my new dog to Pack Animal Care because I had been impressed by Dr. Robinson at his former practice. My dog's first appointment was with Dr. Ventocilla, and I really liked her as well. She was very thorough and happy to answer my questions. The practice was very neat and clean, which made a good impression. I was delighted to be offered same-day and next-day appointments, which were almost impossible to get at my forrmer vet practice.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new vet! I’ve taken my dogs to various vets up the east coast and this staff is by far some of the most knowledgeable and experienced I’ve met. Dr. V and the team were amazing with my dog during her examination and Dr. Robinson and the techs did an incredible job with my dog’s dental work. Glad I joined the pack and you’ll be too!
Dr. Robinson is the best. I have been taking my kitty to him for years and always appreciate his authenticity, transparency, and genuine care for his patients and their humans. He is extremely responsive to questions and takes the time to explain the science or rationale behind every recommendation for treatment or just day-to-day care. The new clinic is beautiful and very thoughtfully designed. Can't recommend Pack enough!
Wow! What a team of compassionate professionals! Returned to the area from overseas, and our "old" vets couldn't get our cats in for several weeks for routine check-up and immunizations - saw Pack when at the grocery store - they got us in, and helped us address a major dental health issue on one of our cats with kind and patient discussion. We didn't ONCE feel rushed, pressured, or ignored, etc. This is a top notch practice - every Pack team member we encountered (5 appointments over two weeks) was just wonderful. Such a great addition to the area!
Dr. Robinson has taken care of my pets for many years, so I was delighted when he and Dr. Ventocilla opened up their own clinic, Pack Animal Care. From the smooth and welcoming check in at the front desk, to the professionalism and kindness of the veterinary staff, and the expertise and knowledge of Dr. Robinson and Dr. Ventocilla, it is a pleasure to visit the clinic. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Our first visit to Pack Animal Care today went extremely well! State-of-the-art facility. The staff, Dr. Robinson and Dr. Ventocilla were wonderful and very informative about our dogs care and conditions. We highly recommend Pack Animal Care!!!
Brought my dog Rudy by just for an establishing exam. Passed with flying colors. Dr Ventocilla said he looks great for 9 years! I pride myself on keeping him in good shape, and we ended the day with a photo shoot and cookies!
Brought our older terrier for a first visit. Best experience at a vet ever- clinic is clean, roomy and stylish. All staff members were friendly and professional. Minimal wait time. Dr. Robinson has a great bedside manner, very gentle hands and answered all questions. He was unhurried, took the time to explain treatment options and prices up front. This is a husband/wife team (both Cornell trained vets). I'll be back with the cat!
